He is such a versatile and flexible trainer who is willing to hear you out on whatever fitness goals you have. For me, I had the goal of deadlifting over 135lbs last year and felt like it was impossible. Wes helped me out with my deadlift form and made sure I got the right biomechanics down with each movement. Because of Wes's sharp and keen eye, my deadlift form became pristine in which i was able to deadlift over 200lbs within a span of 3-4 months.
Wes is definitely full of wisdom and knowledge and will answer questions to the best of his ability from what he's learned. He's definitely an honest guy who will help you, not only fitness related things, but will definitely give good conversations about anything! read less

When l began, my rule was simple: "Do Not Kill me." I was diagnosed with tendinitis, Carpal Tunnel and anything that can be diagnosed for my hands, l had it on both hands! I had a lot of restrictions that made Wes's job as my personal trainer very difficult. Wes started by trying to understand what was the cause of my issues. He introduced me to rolling on foam roller- when l started l was so tight that l really wished l could use pain killers before working out...gradually l improved that I am almost normal. Wes understands a lot of medical diagnosis, if he doesn't know or understand, he'll do research to help him to help his customers out. I am lucky to have him for a personal trainer! He fixed all the forms I thought I was doing it right. Fixed the tightness/pain on my legs that was affecting some movements. It was like getting a physical therapy session too, crazy! He was constantly switching up my circuits with new and creative workouts. He always listened to me and would help safely work on areas that were tight or had a previous injury. Wesley is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and dedicated. I loved the location- amazing views and farm animal sounds while working out and Wesley is always adding more amazing touches and equipment to his gym. Highly recommend!! After five years of pain after a lumbar gym injury, I worked with a specialist chiropractor that reduced the pain but I was unable to build my muscles properly to fix the pain. Wes has built a beautiful outdoor gym on the hillside with stunning sunset views. But more to the point, Wes has been absolutely clinical on my form the past six weeks. I work out on my own with light weights between our sessions, focusing on form. Wes is always happy to answer questions and makes sure to explain the basics of movement, biomechanics and form. I have started to do barbell squats again and my pain is almost gone. I hope the next few weeks will provide complete pain relief and allow me to run again. I cannot recommend Wes enough, "low risk high reward " is the only way to approach the gym. I love the drive up to his gym, and thoroughly enjoy our conversations and training. Wes is like that gregarious body building friend you always wanted but never quite had. Go for it! Six weeks in, if you do your homework, you will be super happy you chose Wes ! I originally had goals to get back to my college form, but was able to surpass those goals in less time. I have since reached new personal records and have been more motivated than years prior to maintain and keep pushing for improvement. The best part about working with Wes is his technical knowledge of the movements performed during training sessions and his attention to detail with form. I went to Wes for several sessions of training to fix my pain and he was not only very personable but also very knowledgeable. He taught me stretches and workouts to strengthen my back for better posture. I only had 4 sessions with him and my back has already gotten significantly better.
He keeps in contact with you and sends you workouts to do at home and he gives advice on what diets to take. He really cares for his client's well-being and health. Best money spent. I would recommend his training to anyone. read less
